Coaching is private, one-on-one time with Jim, available as an add-on for course enrollees who want to talk through their specific situation. Our coaching offer includes two private 50-minute coaching sessions with Jim by phone or video.

No. Our course and coaching provide educational guidance and preparation, not legal advice. You'll still need a licensed attorney for advice specific to your situation. We're built to complement that relationship, not replace it. We prefer to work alongside your lawyer and, when appropriate, to be engaged as part of the legal team.

Many people use the Toolkit while they're still deciding if divorce is the right decision for them. Preparation and education don't commit you to any one path. Several modules speak directly to that discernment process.
