Mindful Divorce Preparation for the Path Ahead
Whether you're just starting to weigh your options or are already in the process, preparation changes what divorce costs you — in money, time, and peace of mind. We help you prepare through a self-paced course, private coaching, or both.
Most of the cost in a difficult divorce doesn't come from complicated legal issues; it comes from decisions made in a moment of panic, anger, or fear. A prepared person asks better questions, avoids mistakes that are hard to reverse, and spends less time and money getting to the other side.
That's the idea behind everything we do here: to give you the tools and the support to move through this process with a clear head.
Why Preparation Matters

No. Our course and coaching provide educational guidance and preparation, not legal advice. You'll still need a licensed attorney for advice specific to your situation. We're built to complement that relationship, not replace it. We prefer to work alongside your lawyer and, when appropriate, to be engaged as part of the legal team.
-
Many people use the Toolkit while they're still deciding if divorce is the right decision for them. Preparation and education don't commit you to any one path. Several modules speak directly to that discernment process.

We recommend starting with the Toolkit. It's immediate, self-paced, and covers the full arc of divorce preparation. If you get to a point where you want to talk something through directly, coaching is the next step.
